Delete your Sharp account

You can permanently delete your Sharp account and all of its data at any time. The website and the Android app use the same account, so deleting it in either place removes it everywhere.

Using the deletion form

Enter your email and password on the account deletion form (this is the page the Android app links to):

From the website

  • Sign in on this website.
  • Go to Profile and choose Delete my account.
  • Confirm with your password (or type DELETE if you signed in with Google).

Or ask us

Email info@tachara.online from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Sharp account". We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, password hash and any linked Google ID.
  • All study data from the website and the app: sessions, answers, scores, progress, flashcard reviews, bookmarks and streaks.
  • All sign-in sessions on every device.

Nothing is kept except encrypted database backups, which are purged automatically within 30 days.
